Vance, deceased, whose date of death was March 6, 2011; File Number 12-348-CP, is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, Florida 34112. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
