NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 9, 2009 in Civil Case No. 11-2007-CA-2009, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES COrporaTION MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, 2006-AM1 is the Plaintiff, and FERNANDO FERRER, SR.; ADRIANA FERRER; FERNANDO FERRER, JR.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 21st day of May, 2012 at 11:00 am, in the Atrium, on the First Floor of the Collier County Courthouse, Annex Bldg located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 69 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 72 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 PAGE(S) 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 5 PAGE 8
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
