NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment dated the 24 day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 07-04590, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS R. DENNING A/K/A DOUGLAS DENNING, JESSICA P. DENNING, JANE DOE and JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 23 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, LESS THE NORTH 30 FEET THEREOF AND LESS SOUTH 30 FEET THEREOF RESERVED FOR ROAD PURPOSES LYING AND BEING IN TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH , RANGE 27 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND

THE WEST 1/2 OF TEH NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, LESS THE NORTH 30 FEET THEREOF; LESS THE WEST 30 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE SOUTH 30 FEET THEREOF RESERVED FOR ROAD PURPOSES, LYING AND BEING IN TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
