notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale April 26, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-002563 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for TBW Mortgage-Backed Trust 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff and Giuseppe Carollo a/k/a Guiseppe Carollo a/k/a Giusdeppe Carollo and Christine A. Carollo a/k/a Christine Carollo, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M., on May 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 186, IN BLOCK C, OF INDIGO LAKES, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 11 AND 12, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
