NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 25 day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-003375, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and JESUS HERRERA, BANK OF AMERICA, NA, REBECCA HERRERA , JOHN DOE, and JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 23 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 24, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
