notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-05626 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HALO 2006-2,, Plaintiff and CATHERINE H. KIELY are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on May 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 2312, Building 23, VERANDA I AT ARBOR LAKES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2475 Page 841, and all amendments thereto, if any, of Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
