Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a partial summary judgment of foreclosure in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
EXHIBIT “A”
Parcel 1:
Lot 3, Block 4634, Port Charlotte Subdivision Section Eighty Seven, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 20A, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

Parcel 2:
Lot 12, Block 4636, Port Charlotte Subdivision Section Eighty Seven, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 20A, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

Parcel 3:
Tract 493, San Carlos Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 557, Page 354, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Parcel 4:
The East 180 feet of Tract 41, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 96, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 94, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Together with a security interest in all fixtures, fittings, furnishings, appliances, apparatus, equipment, machinery and other personal property, including, without limitation, all gas and electric fixtures, radiators, heaters, engines and machinery, boilers, ranges, ovens, elevators and motors, bathtubs, sinks, water closets, basins, pipes, faucets and other air conditioning, plumbing, and heating fixtures, mirrors, mantles, refrigerating plant, refrigerators, iceboxes, dishwashers, carpeting, furniture, laundry equipment, cooking apparatus and appurtenances, and all building material, supplies and equipment now located on or hereafter delivered to the Land and intended to be installed therein; all other fixtures and personal property of whatever kind and nature at present contained in or hereafter placed in any building standing on the Land and intended to be installed therein; and all renewals or replacements thereof or articles in substitution thereof; and all proceeds and profits thereof and all of the estate, right, title and interest of Mortgagor in and to all Property of any nature whatsoever, now or hereafter situated on the Land or intended to be used in connection with the operation thereof and intended to be installed therein; all lease and use agreements of machinery, equipment and other personal property of Mortgagor in the categories hereinabove set forth, under which Mortgagor is the lessee of, or entitled to use, such items, and all deposits made therefore.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the 1st Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, on the 24 day of May, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Partial Summary Judgment and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
