NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-002268, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC
is Plaintiff and ELDA CALZADILLA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELDA CALZADILLA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ARIZONA; THE OASIS AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; POLKOW CONSTRUCTION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 21st day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, IN BLOCK 22, OF NAPLES PARK, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2 AT PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
