Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2012 in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier, Florida, on May 21, 2012, at 11:00 AM., at Atrium 1st Floor, Courthouse Annex of Collier County Courthouse - 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 for the following described property:
LOT 88, STRATFORD PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 15 THROUGH 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
