Apartment Number 2996 UP, Naples Sunrise III, a Condominium, according to the terms of the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1036, Pages 477 to 515, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, Together with all appurtenances to the apartment including the undivided share of common elements reserved for each apartment.
has been filed against you, ERIC P. WETTELS, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is as follows: Jennifer A. Nichols, Esquire, Roetzel & Andress, LPA, 850 Park Shore Drive, Third Floor, Naples FL 34103, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter on or before thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice; or otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Foreclosure.
