NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 15th day of June, 2011, in Civil Action No. 10-CA-003922, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which JAMES B. GEARY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE. WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; COUNTRY HAVEN COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRY HAVEN CONDOMINIUM 2 ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRYSIDE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, and THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWALT INC., ALTERATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-15CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 23 day of May, 2012, the following real property located in Collier County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 2105, COUNTRY HAVEN CONDOMINIUM II, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS. TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1329, PAGES 1593 THROUGH 1657, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
