NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 27, 2012, and a Final Summary Judgment dated July 7, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-006218, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein US. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006KS7, is Plaintiff, and ROSETTA TURCO-ARTLETT A/K/A ROSETTA TURCO;
UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSETTA TURCO-ARTLETT A/K/A ROSETTA TURCO, IF ANY; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
DWIGHT E. BROCK, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on the 23 day of May, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 61, NAPLES PARK, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS oF coLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
