NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-013781-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF ARGENT MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC. ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W3 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2005, WITHOUT RECOURSE is the Plaintiff and MARCOS OGANDO, HICKORY COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE and FANNY OGANDO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 24th day of May, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 119, HICKORY COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
