NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated April 16, 2012, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-012409-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP is the Plaintiff and Pedro Rodriguez, et al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M., on May 21, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 298 OF TIMBER POINTE, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, AT PAGES 119 THROUGH 122, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
