NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-021792-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff, and ADRIANA HINCAPIE, et al are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 804 of Sunset Lake, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8472, at Page 3367, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
