NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-031173-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and NABIL AKKAD, et al are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium unit 814 BERMUDA DUNES PRIVATE RESIDENCES, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded In Official Records Book 8549, page 190, and any amendments thereto, if any Public Records of Orange County, Florida.: Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record and taxes for the year 2008 and thereafter
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
