NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-005935-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC6, is Plaintiff, and JUAN MALDONADO A/K/A JOHN MALDONADO, et al are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 154, PHASE 18, VICTORIA PINES CONDOMUNIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8387, PAGE 3089, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
