NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-013169-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-CW1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff, and TARA JEAN, et al are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN IS SITUATED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA,COUNTY OF ORANGE DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 7, BLOCK C, HOLDEN GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGE 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
