NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 015304 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and KELLY DIANE PERKINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLY DIANE PERKINS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; HIDDEN OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 27, BUILDING 2B, HIDDEN OAKS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENENT TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HIDDEN OAKS, PHASE 2, FILED JULY 22, 1983 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3400 PAGE 281, ALONG WITH ALL SUBSEQUENT MODIFICATIONS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
