NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-006635-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and SUZANNE SHELDON A/K/A SUZANNE A. SHELDON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUZANNE SHELDON A/K/A SUZANNE A. SHELDON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; THE ISLAND CLUB AT RIO PINAR LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are defendants.
