NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-006635-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and SUZANNE SHELDON A/K/A SUZANNE A. SHELDON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUZANNE SHELDON A/K/A SUZANNE A. SHELDON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; THE ISLAND CLUB AT RIO PINAR LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, ISLAND CLUB AT RIO PINAR LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 69 AND 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
