NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010663-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and CRIGHTON MATHER and; AMANDA C. MATHER, husband and wife, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through under or against CRIGHTON MATHER or AMANDA C. MATHER; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; VISCONTI MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; VISCONTI WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; MAITLAND CENTER LLC; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 6303, BUILDING 6, OF VISCONTI WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8253, PAGE 1955, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. AND TOGETHER WITH ANY NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS FOR VISCONTI RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8066, PAGE 4223, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
