I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 6 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
the following described land, situate, lying and being in lee county, florida to-wit:
unit 37, of tract 14, kelly greens single family condominium ii, a condominium, according to the declaration, thereof, as recored in o.r. book 2043, page 3971, of the public records of lee county, florida, as amended, together with all appurtenances thereto as set forth in said declaration.
