NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on April 20, 2012, in Case No. 2010-ca-057077 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Lee County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with Amsouth Bank And Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Jean P. Roux a/k/a Jean-Philippe Roux, Patricia D. Roux, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the Internet @ www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 19 day of July, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 217, BLOCK A, OF ROYAL-TEE COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 1 THROUGH 19, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
