NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling of Foreclosure Sale filed April 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-065835 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 6 day of June, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 37-201, of Villagio, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4253 Page 4271, as amended of the public records of Lee County, Florida; Togethe with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
