LOT 18, BOTANICA LAKES - PLAT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER INSTRUMENT NO. 2007000065663 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
