NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 16, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-5712 of the Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EMERSON SQUARE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS O. MOORE and TANA K. MOORE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 a.m. on the 30 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 98, EMERSON SQUARE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE(S) 40 THROUGH 46, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
