NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 26 day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-15105, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and FORREST A. BAKER, TRUDIE R. BAKER, CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS, JANE DOE and JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, THE PLAN OF RIVERSIDE, A SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 10, 11 AND 12, PLAN OF BONITA FARMS #1, SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
