NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment After Default dated April 25, 2012, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Apartment 46, Wing āEā Southwest, Building 88, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT 63, as recorded in Official Records Book 5586, Pages 142 through 174, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 70, Pages 50 through 56, amended in Condominium Plat Book 79, Pages 6 through 13, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2284 Spanish Drive, #46, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, on the 29th day of May, 2012 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
