NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-20189 CICI (20) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-ASAP2, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is Plaintiff and John D. Lang, Jr. a/k/a John D. Lang a/k/a John Lang, Jr., Delilah L. Lang, MERS as nominee for Home Loan Center, Inc., d/b/a Lending Tree Loans, Unknown Tenant #1, and Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 29th day of May, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
