NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-4204CI7 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-B, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and Steven A. Ricketts, Teresa Ricketts, and Royal Pines Condominium Association, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 29th day of May, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:

Unit 114-A, Royal Pines Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 4819, Page 1211, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
