NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 522008 CA 009973 XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, Wells Fargo Delaware Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee for Vericrest Opportunity Loan Trust 2011- NPL1, Plaintiff, and, PAUL ANDRUS, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 7TH day of June 2012, the following described property:
LOT 8, SKIMMER POINT PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
