Unit A, Building 2937, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, a condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded if Office Records 5148, Page 1514, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 47, page 116-120, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2937 Bough Avenue, #A, Clearwater, Florida, 33760.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 8, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
