NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09002937CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2007-A, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2007-A UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAR 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and DIANA LOZANO;; CARLOS TORRES; ROBERT BRISSENDEN; CYNTHIA BRISSENDEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMNANTS; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 22 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 107, HI-RIDGE ESTATES First Addition, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 80, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
