YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a complaint was filed by Plaintiffs, REBEKAH SULLIVAN, ERIN JOHN SULLIVAN and SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, a federally chartered credit union, for declaratory judgment related relief with respect to title, and to re-establish lost instruments affecting title and liens on the following real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 8, and the South 1/2 of Lot 7, Block 6, PASADENA GARDENS, GULFVIEW SECTION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat book 6, Page 96, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Said complaint has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Roxanne Fixsen, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Trenam, Kemker, Scharf, Barkin, Frye, O'Neill & Mullis, P.A., Post Office Box 3542, St. Petersburg, Florida 33731, on or before June 4, 2012 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review, P.O. Box 6517, Clearwater, FL 33758.
