NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-008561-07, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. INDYMAC VENTURE, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and ROBERT KIRKPATRICK; CHRISTINE KIRKPATRICK; KIRK CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION, INC, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK E, HARBOR BLUFFS SECTION I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE(S) 23 AND 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
