Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 18-B, CHATEAU BELLEAIR CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, page(s) 1, et seq., and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3897, Page(s) 64, et seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto. With the following street address: 2207 Belleair Road, #B18, Clearwater, Florida, 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 1, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
