Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Order of a Final Judgment of Foreclosure in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, Block3, of Tarpon Ridge Townhomes according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 133, Pages 30-34, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, starting at 10 a.m. on June 1, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The sale will be conducted online by the office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756-5165. DATED this 27 day of April, 2012.
