NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-013147 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for PHH 2007-2, Plaintiff and Shirley M. Saunders and William R. Saunders, Her Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. B-2, OF ISLAND CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 34 THROUGH 37, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5899, PAGES 2014 THROUGH 2066, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
