NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-010599 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, Plaintiff and Adel Kljajic are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 1808 D, WOODSIDE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WOODSIDE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4861, PAGES 1517 THROUGH 1586 INCLUSIVE, AND AS SHOWN BY PLAT PLANS OF THE CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 78 THROUGH 86 INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
