NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-015201 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Nicholas A. Corso and Linda Corso are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 41, HIGHLAND ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE(S) 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
