NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the following property described as:
Unit 502, BAHIA DEL MAR IV, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof and all attachments and amendments, as recorded in O.R. Book 5460, page 417, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 66, pages 12 through 26, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com AT 10:00 a.m. on May 29, 2012.
