NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on August 18, 2011 by the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit Number 105, Building No. 1, and the 1/26th undivided percentage of interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of VILLA PLUMOSA, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 5332, at Pages 1293 through 1354, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Book 59 at Pages 108 through 111, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on May 18, 2012.
