CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3603, PAGE 519, AS AMENDED BY O.R. BOOK 4294, PAGE 110, O.R. BOOK 4408, PAGE 989, O,R. BOOK 5210, PAGE 675 AND 0.R. BOOK 6149, PAGE 1810, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on May 29, 2012. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
