NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 3, 2012, in Case No. 10-013499-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank DBA Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and George T. MacAllister, Doris H. MacAllister, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 18th day of May, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED ON UNIT NO. 4102, BUILDING 4, OF THE FARRINGTON ARMS, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 4864, PAGES 843 THROUGH 895, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 93 THROUGH 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
