NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2012, and entered in 11-7977CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006 OPT4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT4, is the Plaintiff and BYRON R. WILLIAMS; MIDLAND FUNDING AS ASSIGNEE OF ASPIRE VISA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on May 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 3, SOUTHERN COMFORT HOMES UNIT ONE-A, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
