NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 23, 2012 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, I, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following property, situated in Manatee County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
LOT 7, BLOCK 45, ILEXHURST, R. E. COBB'S SUBDIVISION OF ANNA MARIA KEY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1597, PAGE 3102 AND AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 1621, PAGE 1741, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
The Clerk shall sell the property all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, the sale to be held online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on May 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
