NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002169, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and ROBERT J. MICHALSKI; DOLORIS K. MICHALSKI; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JOE THOMAS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 25th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK C, W.C. JERNIGAN'S SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
