Plaintiff, v.
EDGAR J. OJEDA, ANTONIETA R. DEOJEDA; CITIBANK FSB, Defendants.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case, Number 2010-CA-05990, in the County Court of MANATEE, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
Unit B-3139 HIDDEN HOLLOW, f/k/a HORIZON-DESOTO LAKES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 623, Pages 2 through 70, as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 4, Pages 33 through 41, as amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on May 31, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
