DARRETTA, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida, described as:
Lot 256 of Fox Wood Phase Two, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page(s) 1-4, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of June, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
