NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated April 4, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-1889-WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and DIANE WARGO; ALBERT WARGO; HERITAGE LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 21st day of May, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 66-B, HERITAGE LAKE, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 118 THROUGH 120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
